I am from watching boats, crossing the Nile with very loud music, in my city Cairo
From admiring the pure blue water with the clear sky and talking and joking with my friends while walking in the streets of Cairo.
Seeing a lot of kids playing on the street and watching flying balloons going up in the sky in the city name “Kornesh El Nile”
From ancient pyramids, smooth and clear calm water, boats with blue flags, and huge buildings.
I am from Easter in Cairo where Molokai garlic soup aroma fills the entire house and neighborhood.
From the smell of delicious homemade brown bread of wheat.
And from salty cooking smells at home.
From Kitchen smells of sweet cookies at home because my mom is the best cook.
I am from streets with a lot of noisy, loud sounds, kids laughing.
From very high Egyptian music at home.
Night quiet and warm weather at streets.
From the sound of kids comes to quiet.
I’m from sounds of mom in kitchen, radio FM, and my sister joking with me.
From my sister and my brother at my room.
I’m from feelings of honest people and pure people.
I’m from tastes of salty Egyptian food.
I am from those moments.
