The Seminole Campus has been putting together a number of exciting FREE events for all students and staff!!!

Every Wednesday, SGA will be having Ping Pong & FREE Popcorn in the UP lobby for students and anyone passing through the lobby.

September is Suicide Prevention Month, and in honor of this the Seminole Campus Health and Wellness Committee has invited Ms. Bonnie McCelland, from the Suncoast Yellow Ribbon Suicide Prevention Program, to speak on suicide prevention and early detection on September 6th at 12:30-2pm, in room UP 176.

September is also the month of remembrance for those lost during the 9/11 attacks; the Seminole Campus will be hosting a 9/11 Tribute “We Will Not Forget”, all day in the UP lobby to commemorate the brave persons who gave their lives to help others and recognize our lost loved ones.

On the 12th the SE Conference Room will be the location for a dinner with Attorney Barry Richard who will be speaking on, “Security, Pseudo-Patriotism and the Erosion of American Liberties”, put together by our Institute for Strategic Policy Solutions at SPC.

All month long clubs will be meeting and the SE campus will be having “What Was I Thinking” Workshops that will help students get involved and informed! Please see the calendar below for times and dates of these events. We hope to see everyone participate in these great events!

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please come visit our Student Life and Leadership Office in room UP-195 🙂
