Poet Brian Turner, author of Here, Bullet and Phantom Noise, will appear on the Clearwater Campus THIS WEEK on Thursday, March 20.  The first appearance will take place at 11 a.m. in the Clearwater Campus library from 11-12:15.  The second appearance will occur at 6:30 p.m. in SS 139 (also on the 20th and also on the Clearwater Campus).

 

On Wednesday, March 26th, Juan Delgado, the author of A Rush of Hands and Vital Signs, will read from his works in the courtyard of the Crossroads Building (Clearwater Campus) at noon. He will also read that evening at 7:00 in ES 104 on the Clearwater Campus.

 

In April, Tess Gallagher, internationally acclaimed author of Midnight Lantern and Moon Crossing Bridge, and Lawrence Matsuda, author of A Cold Wind from Idaho, will visit three SPC sites:  Clearwater

Campus and the Palladium on April 21 and the SP/G Music Center on April 22.  The Clearwater Campus visit includes an informal question-and-answer session as well as a book signing from noon – 1:30 in the Writing Studio in the library.  A reading and book signing will take place at 7:00 on the evening of the 21st at the Palladium ($10 general public; SPC students and employees free).  The following day, April 22, Ms. Gallagher and Mr. Matsuda will read from their works at the SP/G Music Center from 12:30 – 1:45 (followed by a book signing).
