Titans swept by Tallahassee

Uncategorized

SPC Titans baseball traveled to Tallahassee for a double header on Sunday.  Dropping Game 1 7-2, the Titans rebounded in game 2.  Going down early, 0-4, the team rallied and tied up the ball game in the top of the 6th.  Some defensive miscues led to falling down again 4-6, however the team did not quit.  With the tying run on second base, a well hit ground ball by Lincoln Dunham got through the infield and tied up the game. In the end, though, a highlight play from the Eagles second basemen ended the Titans’ hope of an upset.

The Titans return home from their long road trip to take on State ranked #1 Santa Fe, Wednesday 2/22 at Brighthouse Stadium in Clearwater.  Pregame Activities will start at 2:45 and Game time will start at 3pm.
