Winning Opener for Titans Baseball


The St. Petersburg College Men’s Baseball team kicked off the 2013 season with an impressive 10 – 1 win over Baton Rouge Community College. Starting pitcher Sophomore Chris Chism allowed 1 run through 5 innings of work. He allowed only 2 hits, struck out 2, and had 0 walks. The offense’s lead bat, Sophomore Cam McNabb, went 3 for 3 with 2 RBI’s, and was hit by a pitch on the day. The Titans next game will be Saturday morning at Jack Russell stadium. Game time is set for 10 a.m.
