    New York Yankees star third baseman Alex Rodriguez has been caught using performance enhancing drugs and has been suspended a total of 211 games. He has decided to appeal his suspension and is now allowed to play until the appeal is heard which isnt until after the regular season ends. Because of the shortcomings of the appeals process, he is still allowed to play and affect the outcome of the playoff race and may knock the Rays out of contention.
