Tarpon Environmental Club Cleans Up Causeway

SPC Programs & Events

By Kelli Stickrath (Assistant Professor of Biology)

These Environmental Warriors with their pickers took on the Courtney Campbell Causeway on Friday, November 13th. The TS Campus Environmental Club hosted this cleanup in partnership with the City of Clearwater. The crew did a great job! Who knew it was so much fun picking up trash? Citizens stopped by to thank the group for their hard work keeping the area looking nice and the environment litter free. There was a lot of trash and definitely Jordan and Amy found the weirdest trash. Not pictured was Melissa Miller and Carley Scartz.
