SCP Offers Bridge To The Deaf

SPC Programs & Events

The Sign Language and Interpretation program is proud to offer a strong bridge between students and the Deaf community. Various levels of ASL students sign about their experience in a new video produced by Communications Instructor Sam Harris from the Clearwater camps. The video shows the work of the interpreting students voicing statements for their project in Interpreting 1231, Voicing I, course. In it, all  SLIP faculty also briefly state their teaching philosophy and striving for students’ success.
