TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11 is the Deadline to Register to Vote in November 8 General Election

Elections Offices Open on Saturday, October 8, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections reminds voters that TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11 is the deadline to register to vote in theNovember 8, 2016 General Election.

All three Supervisor of Elections offices will be open this Saturday, October 8, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Registration is required for new voters by this deadline in order to participate in the November 8 General Election. Voters who are already registered to vote in Florida do not need to re-register but can update their voter registration address.

Voter registration applications are available at any Supervisor of Elections office, public library, tax collector office, government office handling social services or online at

Address changes can be made online at, by calling (727) 464-VOTE (8683) or by emailing, with birth date included. Name and party changes may be made by sending a signed, written statement to the Supervisor of Elections Office including birth date or voter ID number. Any updates, including signatures and political party affiliation, can be made by completing and signing a voter registration application and returning it to the Supervisor of Elections Office.

All new voter registration applications received by mail must be postmarked by Tuesday, October 11 in order to be valid for the November 8, 2016General Election.
