Poetry: Voyage
Out of the Sandbox October 26, 2017 , by Sandbox StaffBy Kevin Gandhi
This is the ship which I drew
Being the captain of the crew,
As the days went on grew
So loose became its screw.
As death was so near
Yet I didn’t have fear,
Being away from dear
Everyone started shedding tear.
Our wonderful ship went on sink
As sea water corroded the zink,
To be alive there was no link
So everyone’s face turn pink.
Now while going inside the water
Makes me feel like a feather,
We can never be together
Bye! Going to almighty creator.
